Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump

CNI and CNS series are light-duty stainless steel horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps for use with base mounted electric motors. The mechanical seal is designed for simplified replacement.  These pumps are not only suitable for pumping clean liquid without abrasives and non-explosive liquids without solid particles, but also for pumping light oils, soft water and demineralized water.

Operating Limits: CNI,CNS 2 & 4 series: Capacity (max)-50 HZ: 7m3/h, 60HZ: 9m3/h.  Head (max):-50HZ: 52m, 60HZ: 73m. Liquid temperature: 0℃ to +90℃. CNI,CNS 8 & 12 series: Capacity (max)-50 HZ: 14m3/h, 60HZ: 16m3/h.  Head (max):-50HZ: 55m, 60HZ: 52m. Liquid temperature: 0℃ to +90℃.

Motor: The pump is fitted with totally enclosed fan-cooled, squirrel-cage motor. 2-pole induction motor, 50HZ (n=2850rpm), 60HZ(n=3450 rpm). Enclosure class: IP54. Insulation class: F.Voltage:50Hz-1x220-240V,3x110-240△/380-415 YV. 60HZ-1x110/220V,3x200-230△/346-400YV.

Materials: CNI series: suction chamber, pump head, intermediate chamber, impeller, spacing pipe, shaft and drain and priming plug: SUS304, shaft seal:SIC/CARBON; o-ring: EPDM or Viton; base plate: steel.
