Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump

FB,FBI and FBN pumps are vertical multistage centrifugal pumps (non-self-priming) of in-line design coupled with a standard motor. The pump unit consists of optimized hydraulics various types of connections, an outer sleeve, a pump head, pump base, four stay-bolts and various other parts. The pump bas has suction and discharge ports on the same level (in-line). This in-line design provides a more compact design and easier pipe-work. All pumps are equipped a mechanical shaft seal of the detachable cartridge type. FB, FBI and FBN pumps have different pumps sizes and various numbers of stages to provide the flow and the pressure required. FB: The pump head and base are made of cast iron. All other pump parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel. FBI, FBN: All parts of pump in contact with the liquid are made of 304 and 316 stainless steel.

Applications: 1.Water supply and pressure boosting: pressure boosting in buildings, hotels, residential complexes; pressure booster stations, supply of water networks; pressure boosting for industrial water supply. 2.Irrigation and agriculture: greenhouse, sprinkler irrigation, field irrigation (flooding). 3.Liquid transfer. 4.Handling of moderately aggressive liquids without solids. 5.Light industry: boiler feed, washing and cleaning systems, car washing facilities, fire fighting systems, process water systems, machine tools (cooling lubricants). 6.Water treatment: water softeners and de-mineralization, reverse osmosis systems, distillation systems, filtration, ultra-filtration systems. 7.Heating ventilation and air-conditioning: boilers, induction heating, heat exchangers, refrigerators, cooling towers and systems, temperature control systems.

Operating Limits: Capacity (max): 85m3/h, Head (max): 220m; Liquid temperature: 0 ℃ to +90 ℃ (0℃ to +120℃). Ambient temperature (max): +40 ℃。

Motor: The pump is fitted with totally enclosed fan-cooled, squirrel-cage motor. 2 pole induction motor: 50HZ (n=2850rpm), Enclosure class: IP55. Insulation class: F. Voltage: 3-phase:4-7.5KW-220/240/380-415YV; 11-45KW-380-415V.

Mechanical seal: standard cartridge type mechanical seal made of silicon carbide/silicon carbide/EPDM or Viton. Based on the type of application, alternative materials are available for the seal and the elastomers. The cartridge type mechanical seal can be replaced in minutes without special tools and without dismanting the pump.

Shaft seal: The shaft seal is detachable cartridge type with friendly design. All components of shaft seal can be composed one unit to assemble in the pump easily. It also can be detached for maintenance and easier to know more about the factors of failure. The main parts of shaft seal are made of stainless steel.

Pumped Liquids: FB(I,N) pumps can handle a wide variety of liquids, each with its own characteristics. FB (I): non-corrosive liquids. For fluid transfer, circulation and pressure boosting of cold or hot clean water. FBN: industrial liquids, light acids.
